Description:
This color photo is another shot of the tree in the stone planter described in 1995-428-01. The tree and the man in the green shirt behind it (Web Otis) are at the right side of the photo and the left side shows the people standing of sitting on the pathway beside the planter. Also visible behind the people is a stone wall and gateway. One of the people sitting there is Michael Mitchell in his wheelchair. The rest are unidentified.
