Description:
This black and white photograph is of six men seated in front of a white clapboard wall (Airey's Store). Five, on a bench, are seen from the torso up; only the head of the sixth is visible below the level of the others. The man on the left wears a striped blouse and a woman's hat decorated with a large plume. The man next to him wears a top hat. The man whose head only is visible is wearing a bonnet of some sort. The man second form the right end is wearing a short toga-like garment and a straw boater. The man on the end has a headband with big peony-type flowers on each side, like the stereotypical Chinese girl, and a kimono and obi. He holds a parasol.
