Black and white photograph of the Sea Downs parking lot totally flooded. There is a date of the flood at the top edge of the photo - January 1956. The photo shows the back of the Sea Downs Hotel in the upper half of the photo with a small fence, bushes and trees. The balance of the photo is swirling flood waters covering the parking lot behind the hotel.
