Description:
The framing of the retaining wall in front of the Albertine White Reuter house on Calle del Embarcadero. Photo shows the steel rods over the broken cement blocks. They are standing at awkward angles in the foreground and straight at the far end. Albertine is visible on the upper deck looking down at the beach and an unidentifed woman and child are walking.
